Gotta make stuff

you just have to.  nothing starts without having a bunch of work you created.

perhaps the hardest thing to do is work your day job all day and still find the time to make art.
But time is something you make.  it's doesn't just fall from sky.

って感じで盛り上がって来ました。

今後どうなるか？！？！  楽しいです

Coral Cloud class with Donna Greenberg in NYC

This is what I made with Donna back in April.
I've learned so much.  I loved this ribbon effect.

Once the base is baked, a think layer is covered over and the ribbons are added.

I did this back in May.
This was taught by Donna Greenberg, it's a coral reef sculpture.
I used multiple color in clay and also painted over it.

I also took her other class in NYC a few weeks before this.
and fell in love with painting!  why didn't I do this before?  so much fun.

Polymer Clay Adventure Mermaid Swap

This is my first time to join a swap of any kind. 

I am to follow this tutorial from Sculpey below, and send it out to 3 people randomly selected for me.

I saw that when it first came out and had saved it in my bookmarks to be created in near future. 

But I never did, so when this opportunity came, I jumped on it.  

I tried to follow the instruction as closely as possible.  and it was fun!

not a perfect replica, but I think they came out cute.

Made one extra from myself as well.

it'll be packaged and be sent out tomorrow!!
