Tin Tin shrine from Polymer Clay Adventure 2016

I really loved this class by Lauri Mika.
This is a tiny shrine made out of tin box like Altoids.  I love Altoids and I love it that I get to up-cycle the empty tin case.  I have so many and I'll be getting many more.

ハーフの呪い

ハーフの子の容姿だけで勝手に想像する世間に物申す！

そんなにハードル上げないでくれる？

現実とのギャップが大きすぎて後から残念がられてもこっちの責任じゃないから！
もうね、呪いなのよ。　ハーフに対する勝手な世間のイメージに幻滅される呪い！

あそこのハーフさ、

どこで産まれたと思う？

両親の仕事は？

どんな家に住んでる？

言葉は？

両親の馴れ初めは？

世代にもよると思うけど、アラフォー世代以上は間違いなく

海外産まれで、

大使館勤めか大企業の社長クラスのお父様に専業主婦の母、

大豪邸庭付き外車が止めてあって執事がお嬢様！とか呼んでて、

休みには海外旅行しまくって、

3ヶ国語くらいペラペラ喋って、

お父様は本当は異国の王室に婚約者がいたんだけど日本人の母に一目惚れして駆け落ち同然で結婚した。

そう思ったでしょ‼︎

ものすごい想像したでしょ‼︎

あのね〜現実は全く違うわよ。

三重県のど田舎産まれで、

父は普通のサラリーマン日本人、

母はただの英語教師。

2人とも思いっきり庶民よ。父が生徒だったのよ！

社宅暮らしで、

海外旅行じゃなくて母の里帰りが１５年に２回あっただけよ。
英語は話せなかったわ。
家には執事なんていなくってゴキブリとかねずみが出たわよ。

小説みたいな話なんてそうそうないの。
